PEARL Employee Development Level 1 Technician Certification

This certification is composed of 12 learning modules. You will work on each learning module and earn a certificate of completion for each module.
Level 1 Technician Certification is earned after completing the 12 learning modules and obtaining a passing grade in an encompassing exam.
Subject to the pre-requisites below.
Note:  Level 1 Exams are made available the 2nd and 4th Fridays of every month between 1 and 4 PM Eastern Time.  Reservation is required for a time slot.

Before taking the courses, these pre-requisites must be met.

  • Primary Training Contact (PTC) Approval with Confirmation Notice
